What is this site about?
This site is my little contribution to all those who our trying to write their resume for customer service on their own.
Writing resume is not easy at all, and those who say they did it without the hassle are not saying truth hat all. However, some of us did it with little less effort, and I belong to this group of people.
That’s why I am writing these lines, as I would like to share my experience and try to make it easier for you.
Tips I will share here are based on my knowledge gained after reading a bunch of material on the web, talking with professionals in resume writing and of course my own experience.
